Breaking Survival Patterns with Dr. Joe Dispenza

Limited States Are Survival States
According to Dispenza, most people live in survival mode.
Their attention is fixed on:
- The past (memories, trauma, habits)
- The predictable future (worry, planning, fear)
This keeps the body chemically addicted to stress.
Stress becomes familiar.
Familiar becomes identity.
Step One: Enter the Present Moment
The first instruction is simple but powerful:
disconnect from the external world.

- Sit still
- Close your eyes
- Breathe slowly
When attention returns to the present moment, energy is released.
That energy is what creation requires.
The present moment is where creativity begins.
Define Yourself by a Vision, Not a Memory

Teach the Body the Emotion of the Future

It feels uncomfortable because it is the biological death of the old self.

The Void Is the Place of Creation
When the old identity dissolves, you enter the unknown.
The body resists because it craves familiar chemistry.
But the unknown is not danger.
It is possibility.
Creation happens from the unknown, not from the familiar.
Presence Liberates Energy
When the body is no longer trapped in stress hormones, energy becomes available again.
As stress fades:
- The heart opens
- Possibility returns
- Trust replaces vigilance
This is when people begin to believe again.
Thought Alone Requires Becoming Thought
Dispenza explains a key principle:
To create by thought alone, you must become thought alone.
This means:
- No body identity

- No object fixation
Only awareness in space.
This is where coherence begins.
Heart and Brain Coherence
When the brain perceives space instead of objects, it becomes coherent.
When the heart becomes coherent, love expands.
As coherence grows:
- The energetic field around the body expands
- Fear contracts
- Connection increases
This is the transition from matter-based identity to energy-based being.
Doing the Unnatural Creates the Supernatural
Dispenza closes with a paradox:
- When others act in fear, choose courage
- When others act in lack, choose generosity
- When others judge, choose compassion
Sustained unnatural choices lead to what he calls the supernatural.

New models require new consciousness.
